ANYTHING A WOMAN CAN FEEL / DESIRE A MAN CAN FEEL / DESIRE TOO. I theorize this consists of: -men who are exhibitionist (whether society admits or not, women are exhibitionist. Gender norms frown on men being exhibitionist). -in same thought, men who want to feel sexy (the avenues by which men in modern society can "feel sexy" are limited. "Peak" male fashion is a suit, which is very conservative wear. If we're talking tank tops in the gym, most perceive you as a meathead, not sexy. I really think the only time a guy may "feel sexy" is when he does some manual task for a woman and she compliments his strength, or when a man with abs shows off at the beach / pool). -men who find gender norms in regard to clothing too restrictive and envy women's greater freedom of expression (this is true. It's just most men don't care, or wouldn't admit to caring about it / act on it) -the will to not give a fuck and do it anyways (dress fem, express fem) -an interest in certain textures of fabrics (such as hosiery, a lot of the reason its euphoric for me is how it feels, and running my hands along the fabric is sensory for hands, and helps me feel my legs are sexy)

Then we put a label on it. "I want to be perceived as a woman, and I really like women. I'm a lesbian, trapped in a man's body". I theorize its not lesbianism necessarily, but a distinct sexuality, one that wants all femininity in the room and no masculinity. -and finally, the nail in the coffin before you put the tights on - submissiveness. In heteronormative interactions, it is extremely rare for a woman to accept a submissive man. Thus, driven to the LGBT community.
